Planned Maintenance
To ensure the required Quality of Service and facilitate continuous growth, our network is maintained on a day-to-day basis and upgraded regularly. Upgrades are always carried out
during scheduled maintenace.
Unless otherwise noted, maintenance issues are handled between the hours of 1:00am and 8:00am local time at the affected site with our aim to be complete by 8:00am.
Scheduled maintenance is announced atleast 5 days in advance and always announced to the following mailinglist(s): announce
